The Process

For both Start-Up and Pro branding packages, we begin with a design consultation on Skype or Zoom. I focus on learning about your business, your market and your vision for the future.

You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire so that I have a solid understanding of your business and your ideas prior to the design consultation.

After our Skype or Zoom call, I will send you a full design brief and an invoice, which once paid, kicks the design process off.

You will also receive a Welcome Guidelines PDF outlining what happens when, including the review and revision process. I want you to feel completely at ease with working with me and to enjoy the design process – most people don’t hire designers too often, so it can be confusing and overwhelming without full transparency.
